Accurate and well substantiated appraisals

All ACE-A appraisers are accredited and have been awarded the CMEA designation indicating their competence in Machinery & Equipment appraisals and their adherence and compliance with the ethics and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Plant and Equipment appraisal assignments are undertaken as per Client requests and can be documented to the following 'Windows of Value".

  • Fair Market Value (For Sale/Merger/Loan Security or 'Going Concern' Financial Reporting).
  • Replacement/Reinstatement of Indemnity for Insurance purposes.
  • Orderly Liquidated Value.
  • Forced Liquidated Value.

Full Appraisal Reports are prepared as Special Purpose Reports under USPAP guidelines and are presented with a Letter of Transmittal incorporated in a bound hard copy volume.
