Absolute Certified Equipment Appraisals (ACE-A) is a wholly owned Australian Private Company based in Brisbane Queensland. ACE-A is affiliated and has contractual ties with the National Equipment and Business Builders Institute (NEBBI), the premier International Certified Machinery and Equipment training and credentialing body worldwide.

ACE-A provides infrastructure and technalogical support and Australian Database Input and Maintenance for Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (CMEA's) who have successfully completed the NEBB Institutes training carriculum and are Accredited in good standing with the Institute. Only professionals who meet the NEBB Institute's stringent qualifications earn the prestigious professional designation of Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraiser (CMEA).

CMEA's come from a diverse background including Accountants and CPA's, Business Appraisers and Business Intermediaries, Solicitors, Machinery and Equipment Dealers, Merger and Acquisition Professionals, Real Estate Professionals, Auctioneers and Private Business Owners.

 

For Certification, all candidates regardless of background must:

  • Attend the Institute's intensive training class.
  • Successfully pass a comprehensive written examination.
  • Prepare a Sample Appraisal Report that conforms to the guidelines set forth by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). The Report will be graded by two Certified Appraisers and pass the scrutiny of the Institute.
  • Re-certification is required every five years.
  • Comply with continuing education requirements mandated by the Institute.
  • Comply with the ethics rule of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.
